1. Scope and provider
These terms govern business use of the ClearToMake Shopify app provided by Maximilian Brückmann. ClearToMake is offered only to merchants acting for a commercial or independent professional purpose.
Installing or using the app creates an agreement between the merchant and the provider and incorporates the Data Processing Agreement.
2. Service
ClearToMake connects Shopify orders with proof files, customer approval links, revision requests, production holds, and versioned approval receipts. Features may evolve during the beta.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Use the app only for lawful business workflows and authorised Shopify stores.
- Keep staff access secure and review approval decisions before production.
- Provide customers with legally required information and instructions.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or rights-infringing content.
4. Availability and changes
The provider maintains the service with reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Security fixes, maintenance, and changes required by Shopify may be applied without delay.
5. Fees and termination
Any paid plan, trial, renewal, and usage charge is displayed through Shopify before it becomes binding. A merchant may uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling ends future service and triggers deletion as described in the privacy notice and DPA.
6. Intellectual property
The merchant retains its rights in uploaded content. The provider grants a limited, non-transferable right to use ClearToMake for the duration of the agreement.
7. Liability
Liability remains unlimited where required by law, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and claims under mandatory product-liability law. For ordinary negligence, the provider is liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty and only for the foreseeable, typical damage.
8. Governing law and contact
